The San Francisco Traditional Jazz Foundation (SFTJF) endorses and supports high quality traditional jazz through events, recordings, an historical archive, and publications including a quarterly newsletter, The Frisco Cricket.
Rooted originally in the styles pioneered by the musicians in and around the Lu Watters band, SFTJF continues to evolve historically and organically with the music and musicians.
Our base is regional, but our membership is worldwide.
